Rock and Flow Festival is a "Come As You Are" flow arts and camp experience. We offer classes in the arts, movement, circus, flow, and many camp activities for all ages! Our Goal is that every participant feels loved, included, and able to achieve personal growth.

We seek to create a community that supports kids, families, and individuals from all different backgrounds to learn and grow together. We accomplish this by providing community-led events that incorporate elements of art, movement, circus, and flow within a camp setting.

Flow, also known as the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.
